The US Qingdao General Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to fostering information exchange and sharing among its member businesses and partners. It aims to help member companies more directly explore business opportunities in the US market and build new partnerships, establishing a diverse nonprofit organization that facilitates business and cultural exchange for overseas Chinese enterprises in the United States.

In addition to Ming Liu, who brings over 30 years of leadership experience with major international corporations and serves as President of the US Qingdao General Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber’s leadership includes Changqing Pan, a distinguished business leader, as Chairman of the Board; Jingru Tan, a pioneering figure in California’s restaurant industry, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board; and Yue Xu, a prominent expert in architectural design and multimedia, as Secretary-General.
